Rajiv Yadav, MANAGING PARTNER, Chief Executive Officer
Rajiv is a collaborative IT leader who values and develops people, is passionate about process efficiency, and believes a purposeful deployment of technology to measure true ROI for corporations. He has over 15 years experience in Cloud and Infrastructure Hosting, with proven leadership in elevating IT service delivery, accountability and teamwork. He has helped multiple companies build and execute roadmaps to optimize the utilization of public and private cloud solutions. He has deep experience in managing critical Enterprise Systems, including SAP HANA to lower total cost of ownership of corporate information technology solutions. In his recent leadership role at Capgemini, he managed delivery of services for over 80 customers and of $80M revenue. He has also successfully lead teams while working with PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, IBM Global Services, and with the State of Massachusetts Department of Health. Rajiv’s industry experience spans Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Products, Utility, Manufacturing, Distribution, Catering, State and Federal Government.
Jacques Berube, MANAGING PARTNER, Chief Technology Officer
Jacques has over 20 years’ of experience in providing managing services for SAP. As Global Head of SAP Service Delivery, Jacques oversaw over 450 global team members. Jacques had budgetary responsibilities for close to $100M and executive escalation responsibilities for over 80 customers. Jacques has overseen the heterogeneous and homogeneous migrations of multiple SAP customers and has led teams for numerous data center transitions, SAP upgrades, and consolidations. Prior to his leadership roles, Jacques has had hands-on experience with architecting complex solution architectures, hands-on technical troubleshooting and performance tuning. Jacques industry experience spans Food and Beverage, Footwear and Apparel, Retail, Consumer Products, Utility, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Pharmaceuticals.
Jamshed Dubash, MANAGING PARTNER, Chief Strategy Officer
Jamshed is a digital transformation executive and Connected Industry expert with extensive experience in helping companies create new business opportunities, increase operational efficiencies and reduce costs in the enterprise IoT/M2M/RFID market space. Jamshed has a successful track record of leading new ideas from concept to market on-schedule and within budget and has extensive experience in the Manufacturing, Consumer Product Goods (CPG), Retail, and Supply Chain industries. One of the most respected thought leaders in IoT, Jamshed is credited with leading one of the earliest and most comprehensive RFID implementations in the industry as the Director of RFID at Gillette and then at Procter & Gamble. Besides making an impact in Fortune 500 organizations, Jamshed has also built numerous technology startups - most recently as Founder/Head of Product of Senaya, an IoT/M2M cloud based supply chain asset tracking technology solutions company; before that as VP of Business Development at Mojix, a leader in indoor/outdoor RTLS/RFID solutions; and prior to that as COO/Founder of Idealogix, a wireless networking company developing self-configuring, multi-node, sensory systems. Jamshed began his career with various engineering and management positions at Digital and Intel. Jamshed holds an MBA from D’Amore-McKim business school at Northeastern University, and a B.S. in Microelectronic Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
